I just came across this article in Israeli daily “Haaretz”, that also links to here. Since I do neither read nor speak Hebrew: Might a kind reader help me out with that and tell me what it basically says?

The artical in Haaretz tells about the common plastic chair, history, facts and new invetions – basically :)

In general, not to translate a lengthy article which, how appropriately recycles other writings on the subject, the article relates the history of the article (no, not the writen, the chair) and refers the reader to this website: http://www.functionalfate.org
Thank you.
